Welcome to the LEA-WH Application Portal! Thank you for your interest in the program.
The Leadership for Innovation and Excellence in Accelerating Research on Women's Health (LEA-WH) Program is hosted by the Kenya Medical Research Institute (KEMRI). The program aims to train up to 20 mid-career African researchers and product developers/innovators each year, who focus on women's health. Drawing on identified needs, it primarily emphasizes the development of scientific leadership and prepares mid-career scientists and innovators for leadership roles in women's health Research and product Development/innovation (R&D). Fellows will also receive mentorship to help them become effective leaders in their field.
